Produce Bags

While supermarkets and some retail outlets no longer provide consumers with plastic bags to carry their goods in, many wholesale operators and businesses still require a variety of produce bags to hold, transport and display individual and multi-pack grocery items.

Flexoplas Packaging Ltd have received USFDA and EU approval for the plastic bags and films we manufacture for food contact: freezer bags, ice bags, freezer films, food storage bags, carton liners, and resealable bags. We aim to continue improving and enhancing the quality of our grocery item packaging, and any manufactured lines requiring FDA certification will receive a certification letter when required.

Our processing techniques have the option of including degradable plastic technology (TDPA) as offered by our EPI Environmental Technologies Inc. licencing, and we are committed to utilising this when possible.

Flexoplas produce bags provide clients with the opportunity to custom print name, logo, brand or emblem via our inline printing process which prints as your plastic film is extruded. We can print films up to 2000mm wide which can be supplied in continuous form or converted into finished products and we are currently looking to further increase our capabilities to multiple colours and both sides of the film.

All our custom-made plain and printed bags and films are manufactured to suit individual customer requirements, and we see this is a valuable adjunct to our services and a convenient benefit for our customers.
